ADMISSIONS INFORMATION
Thank you for considering Manhattan Catholic Schools. Our mission is to be a faith community working in partnership with parents, and inspired by the Holy Spirit to develop the whole child — mind, body, and spirit — in accordance with our Catholic faith traditions.
STEPS FOR NEW STUDENT ADMISSION
1) Tour: If you are interested in a tour of the school, please contact the office at 785-565-5050 to schedule a time to meet with the principal or advancement director. We would love to meet you and answer any questions you may have.
2) Pre-Registration Form: Please complete a pre-registration form through jotform. This link can be found on our homepage under the enrollment section. A physical form may be acquired from our office. Once received by the office, your form will be submitted to the finance department who will send you an email to set up a Brightwheel account. Through this account, finance will bill you for the $100 (per child) non refundable pre-registration fee. You may opt to pay this by check to the office.
3) Registration Paperwork: In July check the home page for Enrollment forms needed. Each new student is subject to a 3-month probationary period.
4.) Tuition & Fees: The finance department will message you in Brightwheel to make arrangements to pay annual fees & for automatic payments for tuition either monthly, quarterly, by semester or by year, at your preference.
REQUIRED RECORDS FOR ADMISSION
1) Proof of immunizations. Either a shot record or completed Kansas Certificate of Immunization (KCI green form) is necessary. Requirements can be found at https://www.kdhe.ks.gov/324/Immunization-Requirements
2) A Health Assessment performed within the 12 months prior to entering completes the required medical procedures for newly entering students. Parents may also choose to include hearing and vision screenings.
3) A state issued Birth Certificate.
4) Baptismal certificate (for Catholic students)
