If you are interested in a tour of the school, please contact the office at 785-565-5050 to schedule a time to meet with the principal or advancement director. We would love to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

Please complete a pre-registration form through jotform. A physical form may be acquired from our office.
Once your form is received by the office, it will be submitted to our Finance Department. You will then receive an email with instructions for setting up your Brightwheel account.
Through Brightwheel, the Finance Department will bill your child’s account for the $100 non-refundable pre-registration fee (per child). Families may also choose to pay the fee by check directly to the school office.

In July, please check the MCS homepage for a list of enrollment documents required for new students.
Each new student will be subject to a three-month probationary period following enrollment.

Students must provide the following documentation as part of the enrollment process:

Proof of Immunizations: A current shot record or completed Kansas Certificate of Immunization (KCI green form) is required. Immunization requirements can be found on the Kansas Department of Health and Environment’s website.

Health Assessment: A health assessment completed within the 12 months prior to enrollment is required for all newly entering students. Parents may also choose to include hearing and vision screenings.

Birth Certificate: A state-issued birth certificate is required.

Baptismal Certificate: Required for students who are Catholic.

Summer Program Registration – Not available at this time. Enrollment will begin in February 2027.

This information is essential for us to communicate with you regarding enrollment, availability, and next steps. Incomplete contact information can make it very difficult for us to reach your family.

Upon classroom placement, required enrollment documents will be shared with families via email. All documents must be completed and returned prior to your child’s first day of attendance.
